| SAT MIDI-REMIX
SAT MIDI-REMIX technology allows the application of old road pavement materials to produce a top quality new bitumen layer. SAT MIDI-REMIX technology consists of the following technical
procedures:
- Input material sampling and development of the balancing material formula,
- Heating of the existing pavement to approx. 120 – 160 °C, in order to plasticise the bitumen layer and to remove it with no damage,
- Mixing the balancing material with the old layer removed from the pavement,
- Laying and thickening the reclaimed pavement.

This technology proves the best for:
- Reclamation of asphaltic concretes,
- Renovation of bitumen-clad bike paths and sidewalks,
- Repair of damage after completion of works on underground systems,
- Elimination of irregularities and homogenisation of pavements,
- Reinforcement of the bitumen layer at the edge of the roadway,
- Elimination of ruts.
Look at the unquestionable qualities of this technology:
- Considerable reduction in waste material production and elimination of refuse disposal
(100% utilisation),
- Reduced duration of works (high daily performance),
- Flexibility of mixture composition, adjustable to achieve the best properties,
- Minor traffic disturbance,
- Smooth passage from the old to the new layer with no longitudinal or transversal faulting.
