Our equipment ensures high quality results that leave no bleeding, leakages or other stains on the new pavements: our technology is clean and reliable. We can cut single strips of pavement using single or multiple saws (pile-plate cutting). We can cut pavements either in a standard manner (at 90°) or at specific angles (any angle from 45° to 135°). Our concrete and bitumen cutters can saw to the right or to the left (reverse cutting), which is of major importance in the case of edge denting. Unsurprisingly, our standard equipment comprises spoil removal machines to ensure a dirtfree pavement. We have machines for making several simultaneous cuts using saws that can operate in different directions. Thanks to our technical stock we are able to use laser-controlled cutting to help ensure perfect precision. Our potential allows us to perform a large range of tasks in a prompt manner.

REPAIRS TO CONCRETE PAVEMENTS

We use materials produced by reputable manufacturers. Concrete seals we have installed remain in place: at Okęcie Airport in PPS, DS and DK, or on the apron taxiways at Pyrzowice Airfield. These two projects are some of the best references for our team, as we needed no air traffic shutdown, further proving the professional skills of our staff. Furthermore, we repair cracks using soft or hard methods using anchors, clips, and dowel bars. We repair edge perimeters and replace pourable sealants in expansion joints, and, of course, we repair entire concrete slabs.
